Refreshingly relevant, Exactimo delivers intensive AI training and business automation services to educational institutions and companies around the world. Unlike their competitors, they focus on delivering tangible impact in the shortest possible time.
Despite signing up most of Europe’s top-tier business schools, Exactimo wanted to expand to Asia and North America so it could provide its AI bootcamps to more students.
Exactimo needed video testimonials — aka trustable social proof — from career service leaders to prove their value to prospects. As the adage goes “we trust products more if people like us love them”.
The clips had to get across the pain that career service professionals feel in needing to provide relevant career upskilling programs that fit into the busy schedules of their students and exceed the expectations of demanding MBA students. They’d tackle Exactimo’s top sales objections, too: “you’re only in Europe!” and “don’t our students already learn these things in their core curriculum?”
The Solution
#1 Messaging Foundation
We ran a messaging foundation workshop with Exactimo, organised by our proprietary frameworks, which identified their Ideal Customer Profile (Head of Career Services), the challenges their service solves, their differentiation versus competitors, and the sales objections that are stopping more customers from becoming clients.
We also dug into their key service: Digital Bootcamps, which is their flagship training program, equipping business people with practical concepts around how AI works and the key steps in to digitally transform companies.
Next we uncovered what stops some prospects buying: the fact that business schools are not teaching practical digital skills that help students get hired. And that Exactimo’s bootcamps are intensive and come with a rich set of post-session materials so can be scheduled in the busy calendars of MBA students.
Using this information, we knew which questions to ask Exactimo’s customers in our interviews and which parts to highlight visually in the videos themselves in order to help sign up more clients.
#2 Recorded 3 Testimonials
Proof has a dedicated end-to-end service for scheduling and recording high-definition client video testimonials remotely. So Exactimo’s customers just needed their smartphone and a suitable background and we did the rest, taking all the hassle away from Exactimo.
#3 Animated 5 Videos
We converted raw video footage into 3 customer testimonials, all Exactimo-branded and ready to influence prospects throughout multiple channels. We also recorded 2 shorter snappier versions that highlighted key points, optimised for LinkedIn Ads.
#4 Multichannel Marketing
We also advised Exactimo on where to use these powerful marketing assets to create a surround sound effect, including animated website embeds, LinkedIn posts and ads and email outreach.
